The eyes admire the shapes, the color, the harmony. The hands test the compactness and texture. The nose captures that unique and penetrating aroma.  Notes of honey, garlic, wet earth, hay, spices and fruits craft a range of sensations that are the basis of a truffle's unique and tantalizing fragrance.

Treat yourself to an immersive experience guided by the Sensory Analysis judges of the National Truffle Studies Centre, including olfactory tastings, sensory tests and field trials

When: on Mondays from the 9th of October till the 4th of December at 11 am.

Where: Tourist Office - Piazza Risorgimento, 2 Alba - Only on Monday the 6th of November the experience will take place at the museum Museo Civico F. Eusebio - Via Vittorio Emanuele, 19 Alba (Cortile della Maddalena - Maddalena Courtyard)

Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes
