The sixth biennial exhibition of contemporary art dedicated exclusively to women and their creativity, organised by the Equal Opportunities Committee and curated by the BrArte Cultural Association, at the Movicentro in Bra.
Drawings, paintings, sculptures, engravings, graphic art, photography and much more, all by women.
Originally conceived as a group exhibition, this year’s Biennale features over 145 Italian and international artists with around 330 works divided into four sections: painting, sculpture, photography and applied arts. At the heart of this edition, art becomes a universal language for reflecting on major social issues, with a deep focus on the fight against gender inequality, freedom of thought and the challenges faced by women in the arts. The event is also a competition: a public jury (made up of visitors), a jury of experts and a jury of associations will award dozens of prizes
The official opening will take place on Saturday 6 June at 5.30 pm.
Opening hours: Thursday to Sunday from 10 am to 12 noon and from 3.30 pm to 8 pm
