From October 25th to 26th, the Sagra del Bollito (Piedmontese Beef Boil Festival) will be held in Valfenera (AT).
The Boiled Meat Festival is a must-see autumn event!
On Thursday, October 23, at 9 p.m., “Allegro cantabile” will be staged at the Valfenera parish hall.
On Saturday, October 25, at 6:30 p.m., the Bollito Festival will be inaugurated with special traditional foods: raw meat, buseca, eggs and truffles, cotechino and sancrau, followed by agnolotti, panada, zabaione, hazelnut cake, and more... with mixed boiled meats!During the evening, there will be a DJ set with Ruben and a tribute to Vaco Rossi with the PMI.
Sunday 26th... 12 hours of non-stop boiled meat! We will be distributing our delicacies from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., because boiled meat is always good!
Along the streets of the village, there will be a trade fair with initiatives by Valfeneresi traders: games for children, a photographic exhibition and... the bedroom clearance sale, because even children can do business!
At 4 p.m., we will explore the theme of the cattle breed from which our boiled meat comes with experts.
The excitement in the village will continue until the evening: at 9 p.m., there will be dancing with the Roeri on the Molino dance floor.
