As part of the Castelli Aperti event, the Monastero Bormida Castle will hold a special opening, featuring guided tours led by the historical reenactors of Custodes Viarum APS:

Sunday, May 3:  dramatized tours at 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and standard guided tours at 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. 

Sunday, May 17: (standard guided tours without theatrical elements) at 11:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m.

Sunday, May 10 (Special Event with Historical Reenactment): theatrical guided tours at 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Sunday, August 2 and 16 (with the San Rocco Medieval Market)

Sunday, September 6 and 20

Tour led by reenactors in historical costume: 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM Theatrical tour with medieval historical reenactors from the Custodes Viarum association
Duration: approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
Price: €10 adults – €5 children up to 14 years old – reduced rate with the Piedmont Museum Pass

Classic guided tour: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Duration: approximately 1 hour
Price: €5 adults – €3 children up to 14 years old – reduced rate for the Piedmont Museum Pass

Stalls under the castle arcades featuring a tourist information desk and sales of local products.

Following the 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. tours, enjoy an aperitif with local products and wines in the historic halls or the cloister; or, by reservation, picnic baskets prepared with local products to enjoy at recommended scenic spots, or a tasting lunch at a farmhouse.
