Corso Libertà will be the heart of the event, bustling with stalls offering premium food and wine products and hosting the Pala-Tartufo, which will feature the White Truffle exhibition and competition, including awards for the finest specimens and refined food and wine tastings. Numerous activities are on offer: nature walks with simulated truffle hunting, sensory analysis of white truffles, guided city tours, and activities for children.
The festivities, however, will kick off as early as Saturday, November 7, at the Pala Tartufo, set up on Corso Libertà in the square in front of the train station. The preview evening will be dedicated to food, music, and good company.
Starting at 7:00 p.m., with no reservation required, guests can enjoy culinary offerings curated by the Pro Loco Città di Canelli, accompanied throughout the evening by wines selected by the Enoteca Regionale di Canelli e dell’Astesana and by delicious cocktails made with artisanal Piedmontese gin. The night in Canelli will continue with music by Asilo Republic and their tribute to the great Vasco Rossi.
