The 2025 Alba International White Truffle Fair confirms its commitment as a laboratory of thought and action on the theme of environmental, social, and economic sustainability. Through the “Sostenibilità Incrociate” (Crossed Sustainability) project, in collaboration with Paolo Vizzari, the Fair offers three events that illustrate how food, culture, and inclusion can interact to build a more balanced future.

UNESCO: a territory that speaks to the world   

Sunday, November 2 – 11:00 a.m. – Teatro Sociale “G. Busca” in Alba

A meeting dedicated to dialogue between UNESCO Creative Cities, with the participation of Chef Isabella Potì, 1 Michelin star, co-founder of the Bros' restaurant, together with representatives of several UNESCO Creative Cities, in dialogue with Alba – UNESCO Creative City for Gastronomy since 2017.
An opportunity to reflect on how gastronomy, design, art, and culture can intertwine to generate shared value and enhance local identities on a global scale.

Solidarity dinner with tortellini and Alba White Truffle – with Il Tortellante, a social project founded by Massimo Bottura – Osteria Francescana, 3 Michelin stars – 1 Michelin Green Star, and the Emmaus Cooperative of Alba – 8 Pari di Alba

Thursday, November 6 – from 6:30 p.m. – Teatro Sociale “G. Busca” and Sala Beppe Fenoglio, Alba

At 6:30 p.m., a meeting with Il Tortellante di Modena, the social project founded by Massimo Bottura (3 Michelin stars - 1 Michelin Green Star) and Lara Gilmore, which involves young people with autism spectrum disorders in the artisanal production of tortellini, promoting autonomy, dignity, and integration together with the Emmaus – 8Pari Cooperative, which combines work, inclusion, and sustainability through the production of wine and the employment of people in fragile situations.
This will be followed at 8.30 p.m. by a solidarity dinner where artisan tortellini meets Alba White Truffle in a gastronomic and solidarity experience, in the name of inclusion and human sustainability.
