On Sunday 19 April at 11.30 am and 4 pm, at the Enoteca Regionale del Barolo (entrance on Via Collegio Barolo), the second session of Tasty Lab will take place. This is the new series of experiential events forming part of the Local is Tasty 2.0 project, an initiative that brings together wine, food and the local area, transforming sustainability into an experience to be enjoyed and shared.
The title of this workshop is “TastyLab-Memoria”: tastings of Barolo DOCG and Langhe Nebbiolo DOC accompanied by Piedmont IGP hazelnuts, saffron, organic Garessina chestnuts and Madernassa pears.
