Here are the upcoming events for May:
On Sunday, May 3, at 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at the Enoteca Regionale del Barolo (entrance on Via Collegio Barolo), the third session of Tasty Lab will take place. This new series of experiential events is part of the Local is Tasty 2.0 project, an initiative that brings wine, food, and the local territory into dialogue, transforming sustainability into an experience to be lived and shared. The title of this workshop is “TastyLab-Dialogue”: tastings of Barolo DOCG and Langhe Nebbiolo DOC accompanied by snails and cheeses from Cherasco.
On Sunday, May 24, the fourth event—at the same location and time—will be titled “Harmony” and will feature tastings of Barolo DOCG and Langhe DOC Nascetta paired with robiola from Cherasco, honey, and saffron.
