On Sunday, May 17, 2026, the Municipality of Rocca Cigliè will host the twelfth edition of LangArte, an event dedicated to promoting the local area, art, culture, and traditions.
Throughout the day, visitors will be able to tour:
· the Chapel of the Assumption with its 15th-century frescoes;
· the Civic Tower, the town’s symbol;
· the Community Oven, recently restored thanks to the efforts of the Associazione Amici del Forno.
The tours will be organized by the Istituto Italiano dei Castelli as part of National Castles Day.
The Cultural Center will also host an exhibition of watercolors by artist Alain Guidetti, while Piazza Balcone di Langa will feature food and wine stands and stalls selling artistic creations.
There will be plenty of opportunities for socializing and entertainment: lunch at 1:00 PM in the Multipurpose Hall, a musical performance by Alessandra and Fabrizio in the afternoon, and children’s entertainment with Clown Bastiano, in addition to the traditional snack of “curniele” prepared by the Associazione Amici del Forno. The day will conclude with an aperitif at sunset.
