The Wimu Museum is celebrating its 15th birthday from 21 to 23 November hosting ENO7 del Turismo, an event created by the Barolo & Castles Foundation .
On Friday 21 November, at 3.30 pm, there will be a discussion between experts – open to the public – dedicated to product innovation, the positioning of regional brands and market developments.
On Saturday 22 November, starting at 10 am, the seven guest wine tourism regions will be the protagonists of an international workshop. The WiMu rooms will host a series of events combining tasting and culture.
At 10.30 a.m., 11.30 a.m., 12 noon, 3 p.m. and 4.30 p.m., there will be five one-hour experiences in which a glass of Barolo DOCG will be the starting point for exploring the relationships between wine, language, music, art, literature and philosophy.
From 11:00 to 17:00, the WiMu will host Chef Fulvio Siccardi, who will offer his famous “Uovo in Gabbia” (caged egg) with slices of Tuber magnatum Picco accompanied by a glass of Barolo DOCG.
On Sunday 23rd November, the event will close – from 10.30 am to 5 pm – with wine tastingat the Enoteca Regionale del Barolo
