Colli Tortonesi Timorasso Doc is a white wine made from the namesake local grape variety that has been recently rediscovered. Full-bodied, it is very popular among gourmets; it belongs to the latest generation of "whites" of the province of Alessandria, despite its ancient origins. Ten years after the drafting of the production regulations, with only 50 hectares of vineyards and 400,000 bottles per year, Timorasso begins to be known and appreciated in Italy and abroad as a wine of excellence.
