A Doc wine (Ministerial Decree of October 7, 2011) that groups different varieties of wines, both white and red, produced in about thirty communes in the province of Alessandria. Among the main types of white wines are Cortese and Bianco.
Colli Tortonesi Cortese, in its two versions frizzante and sparkling, is particularly suitable for aperitifs and toasts at parties and festive celebrations. Ideal to accompany desserts, Colli Tortonesi Moscato can also be served as an aperitif, alone or mixed in a fruit cocktail.
