Alta Langa Spumante rosato Docg

A Docg (white or rosé), a classic-method sparkling wine of the highest quality, produced by fermentation in the bottle of chardonnay and pinot noir grapes grown in vineyards over 250 metres above sea level, in the hilly area to the right of the Tanaro River (between the provinces of Alessandria, Asti and Cuneo).  Alta Langa is a sparkling wine that can only be vintage; for this reason, it is produced only in great years.

Alta Langa is the ideal sparkling wine for an aperitif, but it is also very well suited for fish dishes.
Serve chilled at a temperature of 8-10 °C and preferably in a goblet flute. It is best to avoid the typical "bang" when uncorking the bottle. It is advisable to tilt the bottle and squeeze out the cap, turning it slowly.
