Cheese Producer Visit & Light Lunch
Start the day at a small dairy farm producing mixed-milk cheeses from goat and sheep. The experience begins in the fields with the animals. Guests learn directly from the producer about animal welfare, biodiversity, and traditional cheesemaking techniques. The visit concludes with a light lunch tasting of artisanal cheeses, accompanied by local specialties, paired with a Piedmotese local wine.
Hazelnut Producer Visit & Tasting
In the afternoon, continue to a local hazelnut producer in the Langhe. Guests discover the landscape where the hazelnuts grow and visit the production space to learn how this iconic ingredient is transformed into a variety of hazelnut-based products. The experience concludes with a tasting of hazelnut specialties, including roasted hazelnuts, sweets, and spreads.
