The adventure begins with a pleasant walk in the woods, among the gentle hills of Roero, until you reach the farm where the goats are kept. After a brief introduction, you will take part in milking the goats, an ancient and charming activity that allows you to get in touch with these gentle and intelligent animals.
With freshly milked milk, you will head to the nearby "ciabot", a traditional milk processing room, where Paolo the cheesemaker will reveal the secrets of goat's cheese making. You will learn the coagulation and moulding techniques and see how the milk is transformed into delicious cheeses.
