The first edition of “Cortili in Fermento,” a new take on the traditional fall food tour, aims to recapture the event’s original spirit by bringing Bra’s courtyards back into the spotlight—these splendid hidden gems that remain out of sight in everyday life. The city’s courtyards will therefore draw visitors by hosting a variety of entertainment.
Good food will not be overlooked, however: a “Sunday Lunch” is scheduled to take place on the Corso Garibaldi side from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM (one seating only; ticket sales close at 1:30 PM).
The menu features celery, tuma cheese, and walnut salad; braised tongue with herbs; Russian salad; bell peppers with tuna sauce; onion frittata; “bagnar nell’olio”; Raschera and Bra cheeses with honey; and hazelnut cake with zabaione.
Price: €20 (reduced €15 for under-12s).
