Event dedicated to the cyclist Franco Balbamion, winner od coppa città di Bra 960 Giro d'Italia's winner (1962 e 1963). Music by Banda musicale G. Verdi di Bra and Davide & Martina ("I mitici anni '60").
Franco Balbamion will be in attendance, along with many friends, champions, and journalists from the world of cycling. A special tribute will be paid to LILT (the Italian League for the Fight Against Cancer).
