Tasty savory pancakes are the stars in Cessole on the 3rd Sunday of May, during the traditional "Sagra delle Frittelle" that includes from the early morning hours the distribution of pancakes accompanied by local wines. The program also includes displays of handicrafts, photo exhibitions, stalls of local producers, Roccaverano dop robiola cheese, wines, hazelnuts. Plus, entertainment with music, folk songs and children's entertainment.
