Every year in Ferrere (AT) there is the Festival of the Fritto Misto alla Piemontese (mixed fried food), one of the symbols of the regional culinary tradition.
Made up of 12 pieces, all cooked at the moment, the Piedmontese Mixed Fry will not be the only specialty that the public will find in the Gastronomic Stands.
Mixed fried and Agnolotti will be the leitmotif of the evenings of 20th and 21st of June, with distribution starting at 7 pm.
Music will be a constant throughout the evenings...
