On 20 September, the “PoMonf Verde per Giovani” project will come to Berzano San Pietro (At). The initiative, which is free of charge for young people aged 15 to 34, is the result of collaboration between the municipalities of Albugnano (At), Casalborgone (To), San Sebastiano da Po (To), Lauriano (To), Castagneto Po (To), Berzano San Pietro (At), Moransengo-Tonengo (At) and Aramengo (At).
On 20 September, a truly enchanting programme will be on offer: “Music amongst the Orchids”. After meeting at 4 pm in Piazza Municipale 3, Berzano San Pietro, there will be a guided nature walk through the picturesque Bosco delle Orchidee. Even without orchids in bloom, the woodland has a wealth of stories to tell: flora, fauna, ecological balance and biodiversity. Participants will reach the cemetery church of San Pietro, now deconsecrated, a splendid vantage point offering views of Monte Rosa (weather permitting). At 6.00 pm, there will be a concert by the “Quartetto Teide”, featuring music by Ludwig van Beethoven and Camille Saint-Saëns.
An extraordinary combination of an immersive walk in nature, the picturesque setting of the Church of San Pietro, music… and young people!
