Saturday 11 April is a important day for che charming village of Moncucco Torinese. At 11.30am in the Town Council Chamber, Via Mosso 4, three new walking routes will be presented, devised and developed by Camminare lentamente and the Department of Management at the University of Turin. These routes take in places of historical significance in the area and/or linked to the extraction and processing of gypsum, such as the Moncucco Quarry, the Cinzano Powder magazine and the Bardella Gypsum kiln. These routes can be "explored" on foot, by bicycle or on horseback.
