Don’t miss tomorrow’s event, Friday 7 August 2026 at 9.15pm, in the evocative setting of the ruins of Vesime Castle! The audience will be taken on a journey through legends, superstitions, mysterious apparitions and ancient beliefs handed down through the communities of the Bormida Valley. Through theatre, the "Masche" – ambiguous figures from Piedmontese folklore – together with demons and spirits, come back to life in the tales that have been told for generations during evening gatherings, in farmhouses and in the collective memory of the villages. It is worth noting that the show, directed and performed by Paolo La Farina, will be enhanced by fire effects created by Natascia Poggio, designed to complement the atmosphere of the castle ruins and lend added drama to the tales of demons. A stunning location, as the castle becomes a natural theatre, amplifying the charm of the stories.
