On Sunday, July 19th, the 16th Black Truffle Fair will be held in Roddino (CN). For foodies it is an appointment not to be missed! Already in the morning at 8:30 am, the fair will be opened with the Food and Crafts Market. This will be followed by the conference ‘Caring for the Forest – Truffles, Biodiversity and Life in Small Towns’, which will explore the relationship between the environment, the community and the development of inland areas
This will be followed by the “Roddinese dell'Anno” Award Ceremony and lunch at 12:30 p.m. featuring the Roddino Black Truffle. Exhibitions, wooden games for children, workshops, laboratories and games open to all will enliven the beautiful day.
