New events for the “Music in the Museum” series at the Eusebio Civic Museum in Alba.

Saturday, December 20, at 5 p.m. Christmas Concert: “Music: Smile of the Soul,” concert with the Musical Trio (tenor, trumpet, and piano). At 4:30 p.m., there will be a short guided tour of the “Era Gallizio” exhibition, which will precede the concert. At the end, a toast will accompany the participants for a festive farewell.

Saturday, January 17, at 5 p.m.: “Un fiato tra le corde” (A breath among the strings) concert by Valentina Bernardi and Gilda Gianolio with music from the most famous soundtracks revisited for flute and harp

Saturday, January 31, at 5 p.m.: “Un altro Novecento: i virtuosismi del cuore” (Another 20th century: the virtuosity of the heart) concert by Alberto Fantino on accordion and Enrico Pesca on piano

Saturday, February 7, at 5 p.m.: “Cuneo Gospel Choir,” from gospel classics to modern sounds, directed by Anna Petracca and Alfredo Matera.

Saturday, February 21, at 5 p.m.: “Mini Ottoni in concerto,” a repertoire of original songs, pop songs, ska, Balkan sounds, rock, and international hits.

Saturday, March 7, at 5 p.m.: “Italian Spirit Trio,” a jazz reinterpretation of the most beautiful Italian pop songs with Marco Vezzoso (trumpet and flugelhorn), Alessandro Collina (piano), and Andrea Marchesini (percussion)

Saturday, March 21 at 5 p.m.: “La canzone d'autore italiana” (Italian singer-songwriters), a musical journey through the great Italian and international singer-songwriters performed by the students of Palcoscenica Performing Arts Center
