A farm in Costigliole D’Asti (Tenuta San Martino) where, since 2020, Emanuele Gambino has personally been growing and vinifying his grapes with the passion and love that set him apart, keeping a close eye on the quality, sustainability, and healthiness of his products—factors on which he refuses to compromise.
From the very beginning of his career as a winemaker, he decided to go against the grain by converting his farm to organic farming—a choice driven solely by respect for the environment, the land, and the people who are part of his community and who consume his products.
The farm is located in the areas best suited for the production of our wines. We have approximately 12 hectares situated in these two historic and important municipalities of southern Piedmont, between the provinces of Asti and Cuneo, in landscapes designated as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
