We have been producing and selling wine for three generations. The wines from our winery are made exclusively from grapes grown in the vineyards of our family farm, which currently covers 5 hectares.
For our vineyards, we have selected the finest grape varieties typical of the Roero region: Nebbiolo, Barbera and Arneis.
The winery is situated alongside the family farm, which produces some of the grapes we use for winemaking.
We tend the vineyards with the utmost respect for nature and the consumer, minimising the use of treatments, leaving the rows unweeded and fertilising with manure or sowing grass directly in the vineyard, which is then ploughed in during the spring.
The grapes are harvested by hand using plastic baskets, which help to preserve their integrity during transport.
That very evening, our bunches are pressed, and from there the must begins its journey to become a product of excellence that truly showcases the distinctive character of the Roero.
