Azienda Agricola Terre Bianche was set up in 1980, between Langa and Monferrato, amidst the sweet, white soil of the best-known hills of the area, and is located in the village of Castagnole delle Lanze, a municipality situated exactly halfway between the cities of Alba and Asti. Hazelnut cultivation has always been practised in this small village, from generation to generation, and the harvesting of the world's best hazelnut has thus been handed down. We at Terre Bianche have decided to embark on this journey, not only to carry on the local traditions, but above all to give value to the sacrifices and efforts made by our fathers and grandfathers. Terre Bianche, in fact, is a family business and has deep roots in hazelnut growing. As a matter of fact, production was started by our elders who, with great efforts, have left us a legacy of enormous importance. We at Terre Bianche, by using the innovative means available today, cultivate and produce the Piedmont Hazelnut PGI and, through artisanal processing and top-quality raw materials, create gourmet products with exceptional taste.
