Azienda agricola Tempo di Nocciole, now run by owners Renato and Nadia, has been growing hazelnuts of the ""Tonda Gentile delle Langhe"" (round and gentle Langhe hazelnut) variety in Cravanzana for five generations. This cultivar, from which fine productions are obtained, has been selected and adapted to the impervious land of the Alta Langa thanks to a slow natural process under human guidance. Naturalness is the key principle that has always guided our work and that is the hallmark of our products; organically grown, in a traditional way, by artisanal and non-invasive processing, our hazelnuts retain all their wholesomeness. We personally follow all phases of hazelnut cultivation, from pruning to harvesting, which is done several times to safeguard the wholesomeness of the product, up to the processing of the fruit into whole roasted hazelnuts, flour, grains, paste and the cream spread (Nocciogolosa) with 55% hazelnuts.
