The SANT'ISIDORO project is named after the farmer who became the patron saint of farmers and was created with the aim of engaging in healthy, environmentally friendly activities. The desire to regain a more sustainable relationship with nature, as well as the urge to return to simple, manual things led to the discovery of saffron: an ancient spice cultivated in Piedmont as far back as the 15th century. With perseverance and dedication, SANT'ISIDORO has brought saffron back to the gentle hills of Roero, only using organic farming methods. SANT'ISIDORO is a young company, which has been built on the consolidated experience in farming gained by the ' Repellino Maria Paola' family business, which has been operating in the area for over ten years.
