A good hazelnut is born in a good hazelnut grove, that was the first rule my father sought. And that is what I have tried to pass on to my children. Quality is first achieved in a hazelnut grove just like an excellent wine is made in a great vineyard. We grow hazelnuts, shell them, roast them and process them directly into many tasty hazelnut products without the use of chemical additives. These are simple products without gluten and milk derivatives that come from the true tradition of the Langhe.
