Set on the hills of Monferrato, Poderi Sartoris has been producing fruit, especially apples, since the 1970s, with core values of respect for its land and the desire to offer genuine products with intense organoleptic characteristics. The company has implemented its biodiversity with a view to recovering tradition by growing different varieties of fruit and creating a historical orchard with several native varieties, such as Calvilla, Runsét, Marcon and Renetta Piemonte. The company is part of the Associazione Mela Divina, which aims to preserve product quality by operating with integrated pest management cultivation techniques. The flavour of freshly harvested fruit is also captured in the processed products, including apple juice, apple vinegar and jams. Poderi Sartoris is also a tourist accommodation, providing three rooms in the farmhouse dating back to 1883 and making the outdoor spaces available as settings for events of various kinds.
