We are a young company from Cocconato dedicated to the cultivation of vines, hazelnuts and vegetables. The passion for the land and its fruits has always been present in the owners' DNA, passed down from their grandparents who were farmers as their first occupation. Ancient cultivation techniques have been adapted to the new requirements to further improve the quality of the products, which are further enhanced by the area's favourable climate: the cool summers and mild winters, due to the height of the Cocconato hills, combined with low yields, help to naturally refine production. All crops follow EEC Regulation 834/2007, the so-called 'organic' department, with consequent respect for biodiversity. Productions obtained with natural substances and processes and consequently non-use of fungicides and chemical fertilisers. Since spring 2010, we have been pursuing a biodynamic path, which led us to obtain Demeter certification in 2013.
