Back in 2016, we decided to expand our historical business as fruit and hazelnut growers and integrated it with direct processing on the farm aiming to produce the best hazelnut cream spreads in the world. Our products are the purest expression of the Alba terroir, unique and inimitable for the cultivation and processing of the Tonda Gentile Trilo process our hazelnuts, without the use of preservatives, colouring agents or emulsifiers. Roasting - the most delicate phase of all - is carried out directly in-house, to ensure greater quality control.
