Our delicacies are prepared exclusively with local and seasonal raw materials, ensuring an extremely short production chain, and you will be able to taste porcini mushrooms in oil, mushroom and truffle creams, cognà, bagna caoda, sauces, vegetable starters, bagnet for meat, vegetable preserves (courgettes, aubergines, peppers, chillies), anchovies in bagnetto sauce, Alba robiola cheese in oil, fruit jams and fruit in syrup.
