Our story began in 1979 when we took over the historic bakery located opposite the medieval castle of Barolo. At that time the production of breadsticks was still relatively modest, but over the years they have become our most popular product. At the end of the 1990s, the bakery changed its premises, moving to the town's central square; once the production of bread was finished, we devoted ourselves entirely to our best-known and most renowned product: hand-stretched breadsticks. We added to our small production the so called ""paste di meliga"" and hazelnut cakes, traditional sweets of the province of Cuneo, and later the ""foglie"" (pastry puffs), a fragrant and tasty snack. As the years went by, we kept intact the ritual, the deliciousness of the ingredients, but above all the love for a job that is done mainly by hand.
