Since 2014, Casa della Piemontese has set itself the goal to introduce visitors to the Piemontese breed of cattle. Located in Carrù and housed in a facility adjacent to ANABORAPI, since 1960 the heart of the breed's genetic selection has been managed by the Association's technicians who will guide you on a journey through the history and evolution of this beef cattle symbol of Italian excellence. Thanks to multimedia support and their experience, you will learn about the features of this unique breed, the typical Piedmont breeding methods typical of other areas, the nutritional qualities of the meat produced and, finally, a presentation of the most suitable cooking methods and a tasting session.
