Borgo Affinatori is a company born in 2018 in the heart of Monferrato thanks to Barbara and Lorenzo. Cheese maturing and ageing is their profession and passion. The laboratory and maturing cellars are located in the Asti countryside. In Asti, in the old town, a stone's throw from Piazza San Secondo, you can find their shop with all the cheeses they make, Italian cheeses and other complementary local products (wine, beer, cured meats, etc.). In the shop you can buy take-away boxes with cheeses and cold cuts to be comfortably eaten anywhere.
