Because Beer is Earth!"" This message has been strongly conveyed by Baladin for years to explain that beer is the direct expression of the earth and farming. For most Italians it is natural to think of wine in these terms, but it is much more unusual to make the same association when it comes to beer. For several years now, Baladin has decided to be directly involved in the production of most of ingredients used for its beer to the extent that, in January 2012, it has officially become a Farm Brewery. Energy of ideas? Sure, always! But in this case we are talking of propelling, electric and thermal power. Why? Because we are trying to produce it ourselves, or at least to use the cleanest available forms of energy. We produce the electricity and motive power through the use of solar panels and purchase the extra needs from an ecological supply chain. Ideas are the basis of Baladin's success: they originate from the whole team as well as from Teo. Ideas are energy in motion, creativity to be expressed. Comparing, proposing, this is our way of working and it applies to everything: from creating a new recipe or dressing up the bottle with a new label; opening a new venue, transforming it, making it alive by choosing live dates or inventing BalaDJ playlists; it is a way of spreading the culture of Italian craft beer as well as the Baladin mindset, and of creating events.
