Our farm is a family-run business and takes its name from Cascina Gala, where our family has always lived. Our land is mostly located in the village of Mango, the production area of the Piedmont Hazelnut PGI. The variety of our hazelnuts is the so called ""Tonda Gentile Trilobata"" (round gentle trilobate hazelnut), which is most renowned for its organoleptic characteristics. Our spirit of endless research, first in the field and then in the laboratory, passion and commitment are our key features, combined with the pride of having now reached the third generation of growers, while always maintaining the philosophy of our grandparents: respect for the land is essential to produce good fruits. Now it is Massimo who carries on the business and directly supervises the care of the hazelnut groves and processing operations in the laboratory. In our 15 hectares of land, we grow the PGI Piedmont Hazelnuts, which are processed directly in our in-house laboratory, where mostly pure semi-finished products are prepared.
