A Docg wine that covers the entire territory of Piedmont, in order to enhance its wine production. The Production Regulations (Ministerial Decree of September 17, 2010) group and protect the most varied types of wines, from Moscato to Barbera, from Grignolino to Chardonnay.
Piemonte Brachetto Spumante Doc
Grape variety: Brachetto from the 85% to 100%; while the remaining 15% is made from non-aromatic grapes grown in recommended or authorised vineyards.
Minimum alcohol content: 11% vol.
Piemonte Rosso Frizzante Doc
Grape variety: Barbera from the 30% to 50%. Nebbiolo and/or Dolcetto and/or Freisa from the 20% to 70%. While the remaining 15% is made from non-aromatic black grapes grown in recommended or authorised vineyards except for Brachetto, Malvasia nera lunga, Malvasia di Schierano, Malvasia di Casorzo.

Grape variety: Dolcetto from the 85% to 100%; while the remaining 15% is made from non-aromatic grapes grown in recommended or authorised vineyards.
