Langhe Nascetta Doc

Langhe Nascetta Docg (or Nas-Cetta) is a white wine made from the namesake local grape variety, mentioned at the beginning of the nineteenth century in the municipal registers of Alba and Mondovi. Already known back then for their delicious taste, these grapes were used especially for mixtures, but it was not until the present day that it began to be used to produce wine and was classified as a Docg in 2002. In 2010, producers of the town of Novello obtained official recognition of the designation of origin for the Langhe "Nas-cetta" of the town of Novello, whose production is authorised only in the town and using only 100% Nascetta grapes.

Langhe Nascetta goes very well with shellfish appetizers, raw fish and vegetables. Interesting paired with fish pasta dishes, delicate white meats and fresh cheeses. Ideally served at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
