Langhe Doc - Vini Rossi

The only Docg that is a mixture of various types of wine, from Arneis to Nebbiolo, from Dolcetto to Freisa, from Chardonnay to Favorita. This wine is produced from grapes grown in 94 towns corresponding to the hilly region of the Langhe, in the province of Cuneo, as provided by the Production Regulations (Decree of December 14, 2010).

The Langhe Rosso prefers pasta with meat sauces, dishes with mushrooms, medium cheeses and poultry, rabbit and game main courses. We recommend pairing the Freisa Langhe with starters of pasta and red meat.
