A landscape tinged with a thousand shades of lilac, that provides scents and emotions. We are not in Provence, we are in the Monferrato region and between June and July there is a veritable explosion of colour here: it is lavender season. Purple and blue waves which, when you look at them, convey peace and serenity. There is all the magic of this superb plant belonging to the Lamiaceae family that offers unique settings to immerse oneself in during long walks and that, after a few years of decline, has successfully returned to populate the gentle slopes of Piedmont: yet another reason to visit these places in the summer amidst magnificent landscapes, villages, castles, ancient Romanesque churches and giant benches to capture and share moments. A natural beauty suspended between the sky and evocative hills providing harmonies, but also a rich variety of top-quality organic products and essences increasingly in demand by the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and herbalist industries.
