Hands-On Cooking Class
The experience takes place in a welcoming rural setting such as a farmhouse, winery, or countryside home in the Langhe area. Guided by a local cook, guests learn how to prepare traditional Piedmontese dishes, including fresh pasta made from scratch, using seasonal and local ingredients.
*Please note that this experience is not private, but is joinable with up to a maximum of 8 participants. Cost for private classes available upon request
Lunch with Local Wines
After the class, enjoy the meal prepared together. The lunch typically includes a full menu accompanied by a selection of local wines, followed by coffee in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
