Beginning in March, the “Giovanni Arpino” Civic Library in Bra is organizing a series of meetings with important authors entitled “Libri da vicino”.
It begins on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, with Orso Tosco, who will illustrate his book “La controra del Barolo” (Rizzoli editions) at 8:30 pm. He will dialogue with the author Fabrizio Biolè, a contributor to the Cuneo24.it newspaper.
The program continues with a meeting with Elvis Novelli, who on March 21 at 8:30 p.m. will present “Il popolo delle mille ere” (Il Papavero edition); dialoguing with him will be #scoperteletterarie bookblogger Ilaria Daniele.
On March 28 it will be the turn of Benedetta Bofiglioli, who will present “Incorporea” (Edt-Giralangolo edition) at 9:30 a.m.; the meeting is dedicated to the classes of the Ernesto Guala High School in Bra.
On April 10 at 6:30 p.m., the Braid library will host Simone Saccucci with his book “L'ultima ferita” (Edt-Giralangolo edition). Closing the review is an appointment with Serena Archer scheduled for April 12 at 5 p.m. The author will present her book “Dreams and Sparks - The Hidden Society 3.” In dialogue with her will be #giulialeggecose bookblogger Giulia Pes.
All appointments are free admission with no reservation required and take place in the premises at 45 Via Ernesto Guala.
The initiative is part of the “The Pleasure of Reading” project, implemented thanks to a grant from the CRC Foundation.
