The Roero Regional Enoteca, together with the winegrowers of Santo Stefano Roero and the Municipality, is promoting a day of tasting dedicated to local wines at the Palarocche. “Soils and wines”: an event that aims to promote the wine-growing identity of Santo Stefano Roero through the theme of soils, vineyards, and the work of producers who come together as a team.
From 4.30 pm, Unlimited tasting of Santo Stefano Roero wines, in the presence of the participating wineries.
At 6.30 pm, there will be an introduction and presentation with an in-depth look at the relationship between soils, grape varieties, and the style of wines from this area of Roero.
At 8.00 pm dinner with free tasting.
Unlimited tasting: €10 (reservation recommended)
Dinner: €35 (reservation required before February 4th); wine tasting +dinner €40
