A pleasant Sunday in Monastero Bormida: at 9am Moscato Trekking, is starting, almost 13km among vineyards and woods in Langa Astigiana, from 12.30am  in the medieval castle, the Puccia of Monastero (an ancient typical dish cooked with polenta and vegetable broth).
