The traditional Truffle Fair will be held in Canelli on Sunday, the 9th of November. The Fair aims to enhance the white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico), whose characteristics are known and exalted.
The white truffle market exhibition will be organized in the courtyard of the Enoteca Regionale, at the same time as the truffle market exhibition, a moment of eno-gastronomic promotion will be recreated including local dishes based on white truffles paired with wines from the producers of Enoteca Di Canelli.
