On Friday, June 5, Montiglio Monferrato with the Church of San Lorenzo will participate in the “Long Night of Churches” initiative, now in its 11th year, organized by the Italian dioceses
The churches will open their doors to visitors with events centered on the life of St. Francis, marking the 800th anniversary of his death.
PROGRAM:
8:30 PM Three Monologues presented by the amateur theater group i Girasoli
9:00 PM Presentation of Alma Massero’s book “A Brief History of Animal Philosophy”
9:30 PM Celtic culture and music presented by the Celtic Harp International Academy. Music by the Celtic harp ensemble “La Compagnia del Piccolo Popolo.”
