Every year in Ferrere (AT) there is the Festival of the Fritto Misto alla Piemontese (mixed fried food), one of the symbols of the regional culinary tradition.
The Piedmontese Mixed Fried Festival returns this year, now in its 30th Edition of its history. One weekend - from the 7th to the 8th of June 2025.
Made up of 12 pieces, all cooked at the moment, the Piedmontese Mixed Fry will not be the only specialty that the public will find in the Gastronomic Stands.
Mixed fried and Agnolotti will be the leitmotif of the evenings of 7th and 8th of June, with distribution starting at 7 pm.
Music will be a constant throughout the evenings...
